Congrats to Jennifer Crausaz For Receiving the Service Hero Award

I.A.O member Jennifer Crausaz has been selected by her employer United Health Care to receive the Service Hero Award. The Service Hero Award is awarded for outstanding commitment and demonstration of world class customer service.

Jennifer will be traveling to Orlando, Florida in February to accept her award. Service Hero Award winners will also be treated to a tour of Universal Studios Florida as part of their reward.

Linda Shank received her DAE (Diversified Advanced Education) designation!

What are the requirements for DAE Designation you ask?

• Meet Education, IAIP Program and Participation standards
• Completion of IAIP's one hour or four hour Ethics program OR state certified Ethics program
• Hold CIIP or CPIW/M Designation for minimum of three (3) years
• IAIP dues must be paid for the fiscal year in which application is made
